Realtor Nick Herron of the Herron Group with RE/MAX Alliance was involved in the closing of four real estate transactions totaling $9.075 million last week. Herron brought the buyers in two residential transactions that sold for $1.135 million in Sarasota and another for $690,000 in Osprey. He was also the listing and selling agent on a $5.05 million Casey Key home and a $2.2 million Venice commercial property.
