Country Club East

Location: In Lakewood Ranch east of I-75
Country Club East will start with 1,000 homes an 18-hole golf course. The second phase will have about 1,200 homes and another golf course. Homebuyers must purchase at least a social membership to the country club.
Amenities: 18-hole links golf course by Rick Robbins, formerly of the Nicklaus Design Co., with the another golf course likely in 10 years.
